Smooth transaction and item was as described!

PBA Galleries has always been responsive to clients/bidders needs and provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond.

I've been buying from PBA Galleries for many years while living in 3 different countries and what impresses me most is the prompt and professional service. No matter what my question, concern or request is, it has always been dealt with quickly and sensibly. It has been a great pleasure and I'll keep returning.

The lot was described accurately and post-auction services and communications were prompt and efficient. Item was packaged very well and shipped immediately. Great overall experience.

The transaction was prompt and attentive.

Lot was not carefully viewed, manuscripts were described as "appears handwritten" but was easily identified as normal copies. Further hints about the fact that the documents were copies were not investigated. In total it seems the lot was viewed 2 minutes and then described. But the starting price was set up to an amount that suggested that autograph manuscripts were included. Smells like scam. My immediate payment was overlooked, I had to advise PBA Galleries that I already paid. And finally they charged me at first 200 US $for a small parcel to Germany! When I asked about that they halved the shipping costs to a still high price. In total I bought a pile of cheap copies for much money and enormous shipping costs and had to do all the work by myself. So beware of this bad auction house!

Everything went well, the item was accurately described and came well packed. Shipping wasn't too bad. Can't find anything wrong with this auction, which is rare. I've dealt with hundreds of auction houses and few do I feel this comfortable with. Scary.

The bidding and purchasing process was extremely satisfying with PBA Galleries. I’ll certainly be participating in another PBA Galleries auction in the future.

I received about 20 books in one shipment. All were individually wrapped. Arrived when expected. Have added the auction house to those I follow. Will keep track of their offerings.

I've purchased several items from PBA Galleries and they are always responsive to emails and/or inquiries. Also, they accept PayPal, which is a big plus for me.

A great item. My only complaint was that the poster was wrapped tightly in a tube with no obvious opening. So I gently cut into the one end but in the process cut the bottom of the poster. Its no big deal but I feel shippers wrap the item only for shipping, not opening at the receiving point.
