Won a lot of 4 items in lot and when item arrived only had 1 of the 4 items in it. Had to reach out to live auctioneers and still haven't heard anything. Will not buy from this auction house again!

Had a small hiccup during the shipment of a box of comic slabs and Michelle was incredibly responsive and solved the problem quickly. Great communication during the entire process. Highly recommend.

Denottter says the local UPS Store will handle shipping, and check with them. I check with the UPS Store, 2 + WEEKS after I won the auction, and they blame Denottter for not having it ready. I STILL HAVE NO CLUE AS TO WHAT I WILL PAY IN SHIPPING 4 items??? WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS??? LIVEAUCTIONEERS, THATS WHO. Can't ship with Live auctioneers because their shipping prices are comical. Always an experience

They always have nice stuff in auction. The shipping is really slow but thats alright just plan on getting your stuff delivered in 3 weeks. The shipping costs are expensive they only use the ups store I wish they would do there own shipping.

I've been bidding with denotter auctions for years and I can say from amazing items to the best customer service I've ever seen, you won't be disappointed with their auction house!

Never received item, never received notice of shipment, did receive a tremendous amount of run around. Either one or both of these businesses are unable to give me a straight answer as to whether my item was lost or stolen. No refund. Proceed with caution. Someone is not on the up and up

This auction house is awesome. Very honest and friendly owners, with excellent customer service and a variety of interesting items for sale. Bid in house and save too!

My experience was definitely positive, from payment to pickup. I also received a quick tour of the main room and upcoming auction items. My communication with Denotter was prompt, and everything was straightforward.
