Altered/Cut Jordan Card Lots
I was going through the Jordan card lots and noticed that several cards had the same border irregularity. Upon further evaluation and use of a digital caliper, it was determined that every almost every single Jordan card in the lot was cut/altered. This is an issue that runs rampant on these online auctions. The only good thing was that Denotter gave me a refund after making me wait over 2 weeks and having to write several emails to auctioneer. Would never buy cards here ever again.

Great communication and customer service
After after the auction ended I sent a message to the auction house and they responded quickly and dealt with my issue. I'm very satisfied with the way things turned out and would absolutely been with them again.

Shipping has become so outrageous, $41 to ship a $14 helmut, that's all it takes for me to be done
If you need it shipped it goes to ups, for which their costs are now just ridiculous and make buying anything not worth it, just a shame

Did not get all that I won
Won a lot of 4 items in lot and when item arrived only had 1 of the 4 items in it. Had to reach out to live auctioneers and still haven't heard anything. Will not buy from this auction house again!

Responsive and helpful
Had a small hiccup during the shipment of a box of comic slabs and Michelle was incredibly responsive and solved the problem quickly. Great communication during the entire process. Highly recommend.

Shipping is A BLACK HOLE
Denottter says the local UPS Store will handle shipping, and check with them. I check with the UPS Store, 2 + WEEKS after I won the auction, and they blame Denottter for not having it ready. I STILL HAVE NO CLUE AS TO WHAT I WILL PAY IN SHIPPING 4 items??? WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS??? LIVEAUCTIONEERS, THATS WHO. Can't ship with Live auctioneers because their shipping prices are comical. Always an experience

They always have nice stuff in auction. The shipping is really slow but thats alright just plan on getting your stuff delivered in 3 weeks. The shipping costs are expensive they only use the ups store I wish they would do there own shipping.
