Denotter has an arrangement with a local UPS outfit. This particular outfit is a rip off. I pay for UPS and Fed Ex to wrap and ship items often. This particular UPS store is almost double charging. I cannot be the only person who thinks so. So, we are stuck when we bid on items we need shipped because there is only one option. Very poor. I think the shipping was almost as much as the items I purchased.

Really like this place. They take lots of photos and describe items well. Pickup is quick and easy. On the very few times I had issues with items, they were really helpful. Top notch team here, I will be back.

They took a long time to ship items to me. When they finally did, they shipped it inside of plain brown bag inside UPS envelope.

The auction house was extremely helpful in arranging shipment for the product. There was also a gauge track that was not included in the description of the light, which was a surprise to receive.

IT'S BEEN A MONTH AND NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS. THE UPS STORES SAYS THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT BUT THE AUCTION HOUSE PLANNED TO SEND IT TO THEM. MAYBE SOMEONE DECIDED TO GIVE THEMSELVES AN EARLY X-MAS GIFT! HOPE NOT.
