Mistake in model number in listing caused me to pay in excess of value. UPS store took a month to ship but that is beyond auction house control.

Product was terrible. Cards are in really bad shape, there are up to 30 of the same card, for several players, worthless common cards. The cards that are for stars and rookies are all damaged, just loose in a fedex bag. Creases and completely damaged corners. By the far the worst purchase I have made on the liveauctioneers website.

I had won a Marx shooting gallery, when I realized the gun was broken, I contacted them, sent the gun, repaired it and sent it back ASAP no charge, that something.

Purchased record albums that looked great in the photos but were all junk when received. Paid an absolute premium for a total loss. On top of that, I was charged $51 for shipping through UPS that normally costs me $15 through USPS. As a reseller I can’t afford this overall **********. I’ve blocked them now as a vendor. Never again.

Such a great group of people over at Denotter. I have a wonderful experience every time I win items.

Items arrived with a strong cigarette smoke smell. This was not included in the item description. Items were also packaged carelessly and came partially damaged.

There was an issue with one lot I purchased. The lot did not completely match the description. I contacted Denotter and they were very responsive to my concern. They issued a refund for the problem lot. Very honest!

Great auction house. I got several items which were beautifully packed and arrived quickly.

Although new in the plastic. Quite a few of the magazines have been wet. They were wrinkled and a couple had even mold like on them, but for the price I really couldn’t complain. Just wish there was a better description of them. New still in plastic isn’t what I received with a few of them.

I am sorry it took so long for me to get around to giving feedback. These people were very nice and accommodating. I would have no problem buying from them again.
