Very quick and efficient
Within 3 days, Gold Coast had the payment for item and shipping processed (in-house, which was the best rate) and item packaged and ready for delivery company pickup. Package arrived two weeks later (about the fastest I have received any auction item). Also, the Live Auctioneers invoice was a little confusing, but the guys at Gold Coast enthusiastically answered my questions over the phone. Great experience!

Excellent auction experience
Very transparent auction house. The descriptions and photos were accurate, the payment process was smooth, and I received my items quickly and in great condition. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I would definitely participate in their auctions again.

Auction house worked thru all issues
They did a great job, however as things changes with LA, shipping and the world, it takes time to understand the process. I would say what defines a good business is the ability to stay the course and resolve issues together. Great job!
