Not a lot of detail in description, but item otherwise as described/pictured. Reasonably fast Int'l shipping. Good communication. Only thing I'd of done differently is payment. Seller wanted wire transfer payment only. Would have preferred to pay by credit card to avoid various wire transfer/bank fees to complete transaction. That, on top of exchange rate nearly doubled the price paid. Not the end of the of world & transaction went fine, item received in good shape & I'm very happy, just would have liked to have saved some money.

I was worried about buying from an auctioneer in the UK, despite doing so through LiveAuctioneers. The buying process was seamless. Bidding was no different than bidding here/in the US. I expected a lag; there wasn't one. Got my bill, paid it, and they shipped my purchase. Packaging was great (actually overkill). Took slightly more than 3 weeks to arrive. I'll bid with them again. You can bid there confidently also.

This is one of the few auction houses that always searches for the best shipping quotes. I buy from many auctions and Victor Mee is tops!

Most auctions give you sev. photos and a thorough description, VM gives one pic and one line.

Extremely pleasant office staff (I liked them very much). Adequate on-line auction photographs. Very difficult to complete payment as an international buyer/collector. Covid complicated delivery ~ delayed for several months. Packaging was acceptable, but not to professional international standards. Arrived safely. In the end, and after giving much intervention from my part, I might consider to purchase from Victor Mee Auctions in future. Many thanks.

This auctioneer failed to sell an item to the highest bidder in a live aution, as a consequence the winning bidder didnt win the item despite having a reserve bid in excess of the bid the item was sold fore on the floor.
