Friendly and easy to deal with
I live overseas which makes the posting of lots expensive. Most auction houses will only post to your billing address and will simply ignore any attempt to provide an alternate US address. Pop's was very friendly and accommodating when I asked for a change in shipping address. They responded to my email which was a first in itself and then promptly sent a revised invoice. My lot was well packaged and promptly posted. Thanks, Pop's.
