Fantastic service. I got a Cartier clock recently. The clock a Christmas present. The person working did offer me the option to change the battery. Since the battery was flat. And to do a special wrap since it was a present. At no charge. The best costumer service I have to say.

This auction house has nice items for sale. They are exactly as described. However, the shipping is expensive for what it is and extremely slow!

Having been trying to contact them for over six months with no responses. I am out $1500 and they have never responded. I hope their promise of good karma comes back to them. Do not use them!

I won an auction for three (3) items on November 7, 2019. Two items were shipped and arrived as described. I went back and forth with Peter Soumas about the Chanel bag and they finally told me on November 26th that they never had that item in stock but that they should have it soon. I was told in writing that the item would ship no later than December 2nd. On December 13th the item was still not in their possession and I requested a refund for the 1st time. On December 17th I was told that the refund would be issued, it was never done. I have reached out via phone and email, requested assistance from Live Auctioneers (who replied that they reached out and hadn't heard back so there was nothing they can do). The last email response I have is from January 7th when Peter said the refund was applied. My bank has not received a credit to the account which has been confirmed with my credit card numerous times and when I asked for proof that the refund had been sent they stopped responding. I wouldn't recommend this auction house at all. I am owed a refund of $1, 920 which is ridiculous and it's been more than 4 months. Live Auctioneers has no ability to assist either which is frustrating.

Bought a second item additionaly after the auction and paid 500 $for it and never recived it. Not getting response to my emails for the last 4 months. Haven't got my money back neigther have i recived the item.
