KDC Kept the MONEY and MERCHANDISE.. FRAUD! Liveauctioneers DID NOTHING!! CROOKS!!

KDC Kept money and material and pulled fraud, while Liveauctioneers sat back and did nothing. They profited off KDC fraud multiple times I'm sure so they both are criminally negligent.

They take your money but don't sent the item

Paid for the item and they don't send it. Liveauctioneers has spoken to the and keep getting the runaround. I see the exact same picture of the coin in another bad review which means they probably never actually possessed it. Same story for over 200 bad reviews here. I may have to contact the NJ AG's RICO office next. Why does Liveauctioneers say they have been vetted? Can't rely on the vetting either.

Payment terms not honored

I bid and one an item from Key coins. In the payment terms of the auction listing it’s specified that credit cards were accepted. After I won the item key coins, then said they only accept Zelle, ACH or check. This was clearly not the agreement that we had at the time I placed the bid. I want an auction where I was expecting to be able to pay by credit card which is what they listed when they created the auction item. I did try to pay by Zelle however, my bank will not allow Zelle transactions to them. I’m guessing it’s because of extreme amounts of fraud being reported under the two Zelle handles they provided to me. The response from KDC was not to allow payment by credit card, which is what was listed on the auction item, but instead to file a complaint against me for nonpayment, I have never said I was not going to pay. I only expected to be able to make payment following the terms and conditions in their auction. I am very disappointed with how KDC handled this and I will be filing a secondary complaint with LiveAuctioneers directly because an auction item where I won is considered the binding contract. They modified terms of the contract Yoon Larry after it was time for payment that is on them not on me. Shame on KDC. I will never buy from you again.

Did not receive what I bought

Would not buy from this auction, sent payment, did not receive item. Contacted many times, very seldom got any response. Asked for refund, never received anything from them. They have payment, waiting there shipping policy time and more. Still have not received the item. They are dishonest and thieves

KEY DATE COINS are SCAMMERS

Paid for an auction in November 2025. Now it's July 1st 2026 no auction winnings or refund issued. KEY DATE COINS ARE SCAMMERS. And any auction house platform that allows them to continue to scam people are just as compliment.

KEY DATE COINS ARE A SCAM

I won through Key Date Coins auctions through LiveAuctioneers 4 different rolls of coins. I paid my auction invoice around November 20th 2025 and never got my coins-and a refund has never been issued. They scammed me out of $5600-but I'm not the only one they have scammed. The New Jersey State Attorney's office is looking in to them for wire fraud and illegal interstate commerce. DON'T BUY FROM THEM ON ANY AUCTION PLATFORM. KEY DATE COINS ARE SCAMMERS-and all the auction platforms-LiveAuctioneers, HiBid, ProxyBids, etc, will do nothing to resolve this. So these auction house platforms become just as complicent. Again-DON'T BUY FROM KEY DATE COINS no matter which platform they sell through.

They lack professional etiquette

It took 5 days to and several attempts to finally have someone tell me they don’t take debit or credit cards. 6 days to mail a check. Then as promised they never sent a receipt or notification that they took $2704.20 out of my account on the 22nd of June! Now they say 7 to 20 day shipping on the 26 of June. I won’t get a tracking number until the 20 of July. That is 24 days. By the time I get my order it will be two months, they have neglected to act in a professional manner. Considering I buy $50, 000.00 worth of Morgan silver dollar every quarter, if this is the service I can expect should I go elsewhere? How would you feel if you were treated this way after spending $7000.00 in 10 days.

Deceptive listing wont stand by it

Posted items for auction listing credit card as a payment option. Refuses to accept credit card payment. Says it was a listing mistake but wont stand by their word. Still requesting payment. A horrible experience and beware.

Payment for won lots is taxing to say the least. I had to wind up sending a check

Payments are, to say the least, a pain. You can't pay online. That's a bother. I live exactly 56 miles from Key Date Coins. It took over a month to receive the two small lots I had won. That said, they are pleasant to speak to and answer your questions quickly and professionally.

I purchased my items 3 months ago and still have not received them.

Key Date Coins is a terrible company. They have had well over $15k of mine for 3 months and have not only not shipped the items, they cannot or will not provide a status or forecast shipment date. They are unresponsive and I may, unfortunately pursue legal action. They also will not respond to a request for a refund. I’ve purchased many items from auctions and this is the worst experience ever. Horrible!!

Hello, I am contacting you regarding two unpaid invoices that I have been trying to resolve for weeks:-Invoice # ********** (May 2, 2026 – Total $37.58)-Invoice # ********** (May 4, 2026 – Total $145.66) I have still not received any payment instructions from the auction house for either invoice. On every other purchase I’ve made through the LiveAuctioneers platform, my billing information is charged automatically, and I have never had an issue. This is the only auction house that has failed to communicate or process payment. Despite my repeated attempts to reach both the auction house and LiveAuctioneers Support, my account is now showing “Dispute Filed.” This is completely inappropriate and inaccurate, as I have made multiple documented attempts to resolve this. To be clear:-I have attempted to pay-I have reached out several times-I have received no response or instructions-The dispute status is not my fault I am requesting the following immediately: 1. Removal of the “Dispute Filed” status on both invoices 2. Clear payment instructions so I can complete the transactions properly 3. Confirmation that my account will not be penalized for an issue caused by the auction house’s lack of communication This needs to be addressed without further delay.
