Key Date Coins sent me an invoice and that I needed to pay via wire, but they gave me NO BANKING INFORMATION. I called, no one ever answered, I left messages and never received a call back. I sent multiple emails and again, no response until finally about four days later I finally heard from them. Totally unacceptable. I finally had the information needed to pay the invoice, which I paid by wire immediately, and now THREE DAYS LATER the invoice is showing as UNPAID. Will never take part in an auction with these folks ever again.

Haven't gotten my items yet. Very satisfied with everything.

Key Date Coins do not send you invoices. When asked to provide a bid-specific invoice, they decline. They refuse to accept credit cards on file and insist on paying via Venmo, or Zelle, or a personal check. Their website does not reply to customers 'email requests. Their sales representatives avoid answering customers' specific questions and send cookie-cutter emails instead. I would stay away from KDC.

Key Date Coins does not know how to package and ship coins correctly. I ordered 8 of these Star Trek. 999 Gold Plated Coin Sets. I received my first purchase of the Star Trek coin set. Every coin was out of the capsule, and the capsules were all broken — no secure shipping at all, and no respect for the client's purchase. The other 7 sets arrived in the same condition. All the coins out of their capsules and broken capsules all in the box. I had to use all my 40mm capsules to keep my coins safe. Very unprofessional and no regard for their clients 'packages. Their fix was they send me old, scratched-up capsules. Never again will I buy from KDC.
