Their items are exactly as presented and their descriptions are spot on. Easiest house to deal with and they are seamless to deal with. Have been dealing with them for over five years now and never hesitate to review their catalogs for upcoming auctions. If they have a slower auction than usual, they will actually contact you, they use your preferred method of communication, and let you know that if there was an item or two that you might have been thinking about, you would run a good chance of getting it at a lower price than you would have expected to pay. They are seamless to deal with and quite accommodating. One of the very best Auction Houses I’ve ever done business with. Hate to invite more competition but I am being honest and they have earned my respect and following.

Do not buy from them. Coins are garbage. Many were harshly cleaned and are worthless.

I've only had one coin Sent back and the experience was lacking. Responses by email or through this site are slow at best. If you ever have an issue, call them and leave a message. They seem far more responsive to calls. With that said I have spent thousands with them and most coins are decently represented and I always underbid if it's in an untrustworthy holder. Only had one return to date. Be cautious with anything in segs or usca type holders as they are usually over graded. The auction house is pretty fast with shipping once payment is confirmed.

I have been disappointed a few times when the "ask price" changes after I have placed a bid on an item.

Coins are way over graded not worth anywhere near what they estimate the value. Bought a ms64 morgan dollar that had wear in many spots. Crooks! Can't see it because no one want to rip off anyone else. So I got a $30 coin estimated to be worth $3500 and $6000. Sad people can't do honest business anymore. Emailed them and no response of course not what are they going to say. Also bought a gold coin ms63 + with scratches all over it supposedly in mint state. Coins are not fully discribed. A few of the coins were cleaned harshly and no real investigation was put forth to make sure the coins were not cleaned. Also, may of the coins (Pennies) were over exagerrated for their value. Lets just say I will not be using Key Date Coins in the future. Spend you money wisely by purchasing either PCSG or NGC certified coins. There should be an option in the system to place tracking numbers with any order placed in LiveAuctions.

The grades listed next to the item were more dream than accurate (more XF than high AU), but the coin was still quiet nice. Paid something like 150 % of the final bid once fees, shipping, etc were factored in, so just understand that ahead of time. Otherwise, no complaints, the process was smooth and successful.

As with anything you should research items carefully before you purchase them. Many of the coins are not graded by a professional company. That said there are still many great coins to be found and I have been very happy with my purchases and the timely manner in which I receive them.

Most of my shipments are delivered to my mailbox, without a signature required. Security of the package concerns me, since other people can check the mailbox. Other than that everything is good.

Great deals can be had but research the coin or item well. Without professional grades on the items you are trusting your own research.

The only complaint I have is there are too few older Canadian coins.
