Key Date Coins provides the best all-around service of auctioning coins I have seen. Very responsive to any questions and clarifying any concerns you might have. My number one choice.

I paid for my purchases and I didn't receive them for nearly a month. But if I'm just slightly late on my payment I get an email stating that I have a dissatisfaction mark against me! WTF!!! As of this very moment I have paid in a little over $16, 000 for auctions that I've won (22 at this point) and I have YET to receive a single one that I've paid for!

At the time of composing this message, my items are still outstanding, and a tracking number remains elusive. The auction, concluding on 10/12/2023, should have been a smooth transaction. However, my attempts to contact the auction house through their online messaging system have been met with unsatisfactory responses. I was informed that they are experiencing delays in their shipping operations and was merely thanked for my patience. It is disheartening to witness their continuous conduct of new auctions while failing to fulfill existing orders. This mismanagement exemplifies a severe deficiency in customer service. Regrettably, I find myself contemplating involving my bank to initiate a dispute process in order to reclaim the funds I entrusted to this organization. Such an experience is unacceptable and leaves a lasting impression of disappointment and frustration.

I won this bid a month ago. They never sent it out, they never gave me an answer when they will ship. I gave them my name three times, still no answer.
