We never received our item after many emails and even contacting LIVE support and PAYPAL they never even replied to LIVE Support. Extremely unprofessional will never buy from them again. Untrustworthy, lack of communication as soon as they have your money.

They made a mistake by putting my item in the unpaid area for a month and then I paid $25 for them to take it to a fed ex store. The fed ex store did not contact me and I would call them to get a price for delivery and they did not respond. When I called SAC they would say you contact them this time and then they will if they do not respond. They told me that the second time and I told them they had to call. Finally the Fed ex store called. Probably took Fed Ex 6 weeks to delivery item.

Surprised at winning the lot without reaching the reserve. Astonished at the excessive shipping and handling fee. Shipping and handling will be the death of Live Auctioneers. Never again.

Bought 5 small perfume bottles for $80. By the time I paid tax, shipping and commission it was $159. Ridiculous.
