My whole experience was unpleasant. Not professional and they are ill equipped to deal with business. Our fragile item was smashed and we got no response from the agent. Shipped without insurance and the package was not even marked fragile. Very unhappy.

I have been a customer of McClain's Ultimate Attic auctions for over 30 years and have had 100 % positive experience with their Honolulu onsite auction house. I found the online experience easy to handle even though I have never bid in an online action before. I look forward to McClain's next online event and congratulate them on their first Hawaiiana auction online. I hope they will do general estate auctions as well in the future.

A glich or two in the online bidding but generally good

I've made many purchases with McClain's over the years. They continue to curate the best of Hawaii auction pieces. They are always clear, professional, and honest.

I have been to McClains auctions before but biding from home was the best experience to date! It was an easy set up process and I was able to keep up with everything from home all day! This was a long auction but from the comfort of my home it was wonderful!
