I’m an international buyer (US) and I had a great experience purchasing from this auction house. They were able to remove the ivory from one of the items to allow shipment to the US. Not only did they do this but they also provided a trace of the ivory so that I could have it replicated in bone. I called in the middle of the auction to ask a question and they were more than helpful. They shipped my items in-house and they both were packaged impeccably well — double boxed and well protected.

Flanders Auctions was very helpful and prompt in responding to my questions regarding condition, payment and shipping. They provided in-house shipping and I received my item in the USA within four days after being shipped. Flanders auction staff is one of the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They are honest, courteous and responsive.
