Atlanta Auctioneers was so helpful with my transaction. During the bidding process I selected that I would pick up the item. Actually I don’t live in Atlanta but my daughter does. So I kind of voluntold her to please get it for me:) Turns out Atlanta Auctioneers had just moved & was even further for my daughter. So I contacted them and asked if I could please change my mind & have it shipped. They were so responsive! They said no problem, got me a price which was very reasonable, and shipped it to me. The box and packaging were very sturdy & safely wrapped. The item arrived in perfect condition. I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you so much Atlanta Auctioneers!

I've seen various similar sets over the years, and imagined the lustrous ceramics that I would receive. Unfortunately for me, this was not the case, but a very cheap, touristy-type set arrived in a green box. Felt like I'd been had! Overpriced! I'll probably drop off at Goodwill one of these days!

I should not be banned for issues I have no control over. I will not return to atlanta auctioneers.

Very dissatisfied with this auction house. This is the second item that I bought and didn’t receive. I did finally receive my money back on the first item, but this item wasn’t satisfied even after contacting customer support. They basically blew me off. Please don’t trust this auction house.

This is the worst auction house I have ran across. The invoice I received was for a total amount of $150.68 but my item was $80. I have sent numerous emails and have called this auction house to get a refund on my invoice of $50. I received one email stating that everyone got Covid and sorry for the delay but they never addressed the invoice problem nor have they sent me a receipt for the amount paid. They state that they can ship some items that are small enough for a fee of $15. I emailed numerous times to get them to ship but to date I haven’t received an email from them nor have I received my item that I overpaid for. I’m wondering if anyone else has had a problem with them. I feel that they knowingly overfilled and tossed my item. I will never do business with them again and I hope this review will keep you from going through the same problem. Shame on you Atlanta auction house.
