I had a fairly unusual shipping and pickup schedule, and he went out of his way to accommodate it without any issues. Everything was handled smoothly, which made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciated the flexibility and willingness to work with my situation. Couldn't recommend them more highly. My only issue, is that these items came in large boxes and until I asked the deliverymen to open them they didnt > They asked me to sign for receipt, and I said how can I if I can't see what's inside. So they were ver nice, and they opened them, but left all the wrapping and huge boxes and packing materials in my home. I thought they would take it with them but they said that was a different class of delivery service??? Who knew? Otherwise great experience with Ararity. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again, and I recommend them highly.
