I won the item, but after 2 days there was no e-mail for the payment from them. So I wrote and they told me that though I won, the item was still open for auction on their site. So I had to make an account and follow up one more time. The item was bought by someone else.

I purchased a silver item and completed payment in full. Only after receiving my money did the seller inform me that they refuse to ship to the United States due to alleged restrictions on Persian goods. This information was never disclosed before bidding or prior to payment, which is deceptive and misleading. The seller then attempted to extort additional money by directing me to a shipping company they “recommend” and demanding 698 CHF (approximately $1, 000) to ship an item weighing less than 1 kg — an obviously inflated and unreasonable charge intended to exploit the situation. I provided multiple receipts showing that I have legally purchased and imported similar items from outside the United States without any issue. After being presented with this evidence, the seller ceased all communication, ignoring my emails, phone calls, and messages through LiveAuctioneers. This behavior is fraudulent and constitutes a clear scam. I have opened a formal dispute with my bank and am pursuing a chargeback. If other companies can ship this item legally, then the seller can do so as well. Their refusal and lack of transparency confirm bad faith and deceptive business practices.

Auction house provided incorrect banking information, which generated a lot of wasted time. Vital info about item weight & size was not provided from auction house even if auction house did know that this was needed for shipment. Poor service.
