The item arrived in a timely manor and was in good condition and as represented. Good update service on delivery.

Item described as ‘ cast iron ’, in reality was cheap resin that was broken and poorly mended. Other item was bent, a fix attempted with a brass screw completely at odds with the piece. Contacted the auction contact who initially tried to blame it on the transit (how the transit company could change the material is beyond me) and then pointed to the disclaimer saying that errors may be made in the description and it is the buyers problem. These weren’t errors, this was a misrepresentation in the description and also the photos. After his refusal to help, I have raised a grievance with PayPal to secure a refund. Buyer very much beware, avoid at all costs would be my recommendation.

The item was incompletely described and presented as something way better than it was. Described as a sculpture, it turned out to be a resin ball, loosely mounted on a cheap base. It had been painted to look like brass.
