I made my first online Auction purchase on an item from Brzosteks and I was excited to make my first Auction purchase using Live Auctioneers. I received my invoice and promptly paid it off. I followed the instructions and reached out to Brzosteks to arrange shipping of my item and was told I would have to wait for Brzosteks to bring the item to the Shipper. Fast forward two weeks later and the Shipping Co states they still do not have the item and to reach out to Brzosteks to find out if they can give the Shipper the item. I reached out to Brzosteks and still have not heard back. I have requested a tracking number or any information and still no response from Brzosteks. My new exciting experience has now turned into a concerning one. I have emailed them to request the Paid For item or a Refund. No response yet. All I can say to BUYERS is to honestly review these Auction houses that sell on Live Auctioneers. I would hate for this to happen to others as this was my first experience using this site and Brzosteks and am very concerned now because on Live Auctioneers site it states that the Buyer must make arrangements with Seller and Live Auctioneers are not responsible and only the selling platform. There should be some type of protection for Buyers because not only do I not have my item, I am now having to spend a lot of time trying to track my item down. I cannot get a Refund, nor is there a way through Live Auctioneers to demand my refund after not receiving my item. Buyer Beware with this company. Will update, but a very unpleasant experience. The Seller demands payment, but who is protecting the Buyer? This is very disappointing and unprofessional and should be addressed by Live Auctioneers to protect its Buyers. Without us there would be no platform! Very dissatisfied with this transaction and I feel like I should warn others.

I tried 4 emails and phone calls, but they never answered.

After winning one very small lot almost a month ago, I still have not received my items. After the auction there was confusion and lack of information about the payment process. Finally got it paid, but shipping was even worse. Seemed that they were very overwhelmed and couldn't get it together. I still have not received my stuff but still hold hope that maybe, someday, my lot might appear on my porch.
