Be very careful with this auctioneerAfter previous positive experiences with this auctioneer I am now warning other customers. I had arranged with Dahlstroem's a combined shipment and against my instructions they shipped the fragile precious sprints in a flimsy cardboard envelope. Not unexpectedly, it got damaged and physical gashes were found across a whole set of prints. I notified them of this damage immediately (with photographic documentation), which is 4 weeks ago, they first ignored the images, then prevaricated, did absolutely nothing, pretended to undergo internal reviews with their shippers. Essentially they prevaricated and were rude about their complete non-action. So it is one thing to be happy about a print you have purchased from this new Auctioneering house, it is an entirely different thing to be sure that the print you purchased is the print that you will actually receive-you might get ripped up ones such as I did. Auction houses have a duty to be transparent, clean up their act if they make a mistake and move on. 4 weeks later nothing has happened and I am still waiting for their 'review'. This is not how to treat customers honestly and promptly. The owner Daniel Boccalini appears intent on picking a fight on the indefensible, rejected the need for professional packaging or any kind of timelines for the completion of their entirely internal 'investigation' while the buck stops with them: they are the contractual party. Not a good look for an auction house that wants to get profile and traction in Europe against true power players in this field such as Trillium in the US which has been absolutely fantastic each and every time I purchased from them. An auction house is more than an online seller, they need to have well-functioning partners (if they don't do the packaging themselves) and this is where things are not properly oiled at all. So be very very careful with this auction house and consider a more professional seller!

I purchased a number of quality items from this auction house including these pieces. Everything arrived as described with the exception of one piece they could not find and refunded me. I will continue to do business with them and look forward to it. They have a keen eye for beautiful works.

It took several weeks for Dahlstr ö ms to ship the item. The shipping company they use (UPS) is unreliable. Even though it was supposed to be delivered home, and I was at home, they still delivered to a delivery location that is far from my home address.

Exactly as described, price was excellent, packaging was perfect.
