The item received and on the COA said to be an original oilpainting turns out when receiving it to be a work in acrylic paint, and overall by a lesser artist as a take off of a well known painting. It was misrepresented in a number of ways, including the year painted and the signature. It is likely not a "one of a kind" as stated and the value is a fraction of what paid. The COA is of no value in this case.
