Happy to support and this was a lm easy experience. I contacted them with a question after the auction and got a reply very quickly.

As a big Amy Sedaris fan, I was very excited to participate in this auction and support juvenile diabetes research. I was pleased with the quality of the items. My only feedback would be updates. I did not receive any shipping updates for two weeks. I knew they were likely busy, I just wanted a status update. I contacted liveauction, who also copied the auction house owner directly. When I followed up (with LA and the owner) and said I'd take a refund if they couldn't ship it, since we were coming up on three weeks, I felt the owner was a bit rude. I had also posted a comment on Instagram that somehow got deleted. She sent a message on IG roughly around the same time I sent the follow up to her and LA, and said if I'd contacted her directly she'd have replied right away. The issue is, she was copied directly on my initial inquiry, so she could have replied any time. I saw a lot of bullying, mean girl responses to google and yelp reviews that also did not make me feel good about the brand (keeping in mind some customers just won't be happy no matter what) so I just dropped it. I do like what I received and I feel good about where my money is going, but I think communication could be better and more professional. I got the vibe I'd have also gotten one of those "are you ok? let it out" review replies had LiveAuction not been copied on the conversation.
