Jumped in to fix a system fluke related to a pre-sale bid; lots arrived in great condition
I experienced a system error that set aside one of my two pre-sale bids erroneously. The auction house jumped in to correct the error and to get my books to me. The lots arrived in a beat up box from Australia to America, but they were beautifully protected inside and in great condition. The overall speed and value of the transaction were fantastic, and you should not hesitate to bid with them.
