Buyer Beware. Lilly M is my first negative experience from an auction house.
This is my first auction complaint about a product I received from an auction house. My interaction with Lilly was disappointing to say the least. They did nothing to rectify any of the problems. The quality of the ring I received was unimpressive. The ring looked cheap and flimsy yet they insisted it was worth 3 X's what I paid for it. Wrong! I was also charged twice for shipping. Originally $100 from Lilly, then about a week after I received the ring, I received another bill for $84 for shipping from Fed Ex. When I notified Lilly M, they offered me "free" shipping on my next purchase; which they will never get. It's sad when a business doesn't stand behind their products nor cares for their reputation.
