I've been participating and the Carrell auctions for close to 2 years. I have yet to run into a problem or a snag. The Carrell 's I'm very kind and nice to work with. The live auctions on Wednesdays never disappoint. A wide variety for a beginner collector or an avid one. The online auctions do not disappoint either, pictures and descriptions are spot on. If you have any complaints, you're probably not following auction guidelines. They're more than willing to work with anyone with a problem or situation.

Good people, but the lack of in-house shipping makes things surprisingly expensive. I understand why it happened and maybe if I had bid and won a lot of auctions I would not have noticed, but it cost me $50 to have an envelope shipped to me, something if done in-house would have likely cost under $20. Please note. This was NOT anyone ripping me off, I just wish they had in-house shipping for small items like mine. I don't even blame the shipper, they charged to do a pick-up and did a good job shipping.
