The opal that they sent was very nice (as seen in their photos)! Their shipping was nice too!

I bought an item from these people. When I received the bill, there was tacked on charge for several times the amount of my Bid. I requested an explanation. I did not receive one they sent another bill then they cut me off from bidding with live auctioneers with a complaint of nonpayment. After that, I received a notice that it was for shipping. I paid it as I was more or less backed into a corner over it. This led me to wonder about the veracity of their description. I’m still wondering as after several months I’ve yet to receive the item. I doubt that I ever will. I’ve given one star in order to rate them. I’d have preferred to give them minus stars.
