Rum Runner’s Antiques founded in 2011 by Dan Simic, emerged from a lifelong passion for antiques and historic pieces. Over the years, our customers expressed their need to buy or sell inherited items and long-standing collections. To meet this demand, Dan partnered with his son-in-law, Scott Myers, who brought 13-plus years of sales experience and a keen curiosity for antiques. In 2022, both Dan and Scott obtained auctioneer’s licenses and an Auction House license, solidifying their commitment to this family business—a community pillar that bridges generations of passionate history enthusiast As a full-service auction company licensed in Florida, Rum Runner’s offers comprehensive estate services spanning from Naples to Tampa and beyond for select items. Our services include online auctions, live auctions, in-home events, and estate sales. We pride ourselves on a white-glove approach, handling pick-up, item sales, delivery (if needed), and fast payments.
