The auction was labeled vintage silver and najavo... no. Once I received it much was new, there was tibetan and plain fake. Really disappointing and overpaid. Lesson learned.: (

I purchased a Cartier Tank watch and though it was described as “running and keeping time” in the auction listing, when I received it, the opposite was true. Never received any kind of definitive response on how to return the non-working watch for a refund. Buyers beware!

I purchased a Sterling Silver Mexican Bracelet in "Very Good" Condition. Nothing could be further from the truth. To being with, it's not Mexican. Not marked for sterling, so I took it to my jeweler and he tested it with an analyzer. No silver-turns out it is TIN. Next, it is missing a link (not shown or noted), and has a solder repair-also not shown or noted. It's a cheap, damaged piece of costume jewelry. I immediately contacted the auction house through a Live Auctioneers message. No response. I called the auction house and left a message. No return call. I called again and got a man who said he is the owner of the auction house, but that he is not involved with this because he allowed someone else to list the item on consignment. When I said that the bracelet is most definitely not in "Very Good Condition", he replied that in his opinion the definition of "Very Good Condition" is that the clasp works. I next contacted Live Auctioneers to explain the situation. They said they would contact the auction house. I have not heard back as yet. It is now one month since the purchase, and it seems inconceivable that the auction house can advertise a piece of damaged tin as a sterling silver bracelet, and there is no recourse. So, please keep this in mind when bidding at this auction house.

Really quite a rare Accutron.. oval face and a fabulous Champion band with multiple Accutron logos embossed in it. Packed to survive almost anything. Overall excellent experience.

Neither of the watches I bought worked. In the future, I will only buy products that I can observe firsthand. Buyer beware, and I learned my lesson.

My auction experience was very up-and-down. I was excited to find that I had won two beautiful Sterling silver bracelets. I was disappointed when I received two bracelets, not related to the auction that I had bid on. Different items all together! However, my issue was resolved to my satisfaction And disappointment when I received a full refund for my purchase as well as keeping the items received in error.. So financially, I came out great emotionally. I’m still would like to have had my original bracelets. I understand errors happen. The great part is that Sphere auctions LLC addressed my issue with great concern refunding my payment and leaving me with bracelets to do as I wish. Sphere Auction LlC did the right thing. Thanks to all of those who were involved in this transaction.
