I bid on and won at a good price a Stalhane lamp, and then after paying and arranging shipping the item mysteriously "disappeared" from the warehouse-and contacting them became very difficult. I suspect they sold the lamp elsewhere. My money was eventually refunded but I think as an auction house they're a scam. Won't bid with them again.

Several items that were shown as part of the lot were not included when the package arrived. I utilized their recommended shipper The UPS Store who were very good to deal with. For over three weeks and over five messages through email and LiveAuctioneers, The Museum Auction never returned a single message. You have been warned!
