Eco Estate very quickly resolved an online payment issue I had with LA!!
I would definitely work with Eco Estate Jewelry again! I called the auction house directly and left a message, needing help with making an online payment through the LA portal and the owner returned my panicked call almost immediately. He knew exactly what the issue was and texted me directions about paying. The package arrived within days of my call, wrapped carefully and in a small gift box complete with a receipt and specific item details. Fantastic customer service!
