IAA Auction Rules and Terms Summary Buyers must be registered with IAA in order to bid and are responsible for all bids placed by their assigned bid number. Phoenix, AZ 85041 602-305-5300 Late payment fee is $50 plus $20 per day penalty for each vehicle. A buyer’s premium of X% will be charged on all vehicles sold through LiveAuctioneers. Vehicle loading services are available on location, if needed. All vehicles are sold “As is, where is.” Sales tax will be collected at the time of payment unless a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is produced at or before the time of payment. Buyers have four business days to pick up their vehicles without penalty.
