Conditions of Sale The Auctioneer will be the final judge as to which bidder is the highest bidder. The auctioneer alone has the right to reopen the bidding of an item if deemed necessary in a dispute and his decision will be final. The buyer will assume all risk and responsibility of the lot purchased once ownership has changed. Worldwide Diecast Toy Auctions reserves to right to close internet bidding on any item if a catalog error is discovered prior to the sale. In the event of an absentee bid, Worldwide Diecast Toy Auctions personnel will attempt to contact and inform the bidder well in advance, however, in the event the bidder cannot be contacted, Worldwide Diecast Toy Auctions is not held responsible to reopen the bidding on any lot therein. Although every accommodation is made to ensure the presence of a bid, in the unlikely event of human or technical error, Worldwide Diecast Toy Auctions cannot be held responsible for missed bids. All accounts are to be settled by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made beforehand for those attending in person. All sales are final. Buyer Premium A 15% buyers premium will be added to all successful Ebay Live Auction sales and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase. Payment Acceptable payment methods include Visa/MC, Paypal, check, money order or cash. Payments by check, cash, or money order are discounted 2%. Worldwide Diecast Toy Auctions reserves the right to hold items paid for by personal checks. If payment is NOT received within 15 days of the purchase date, a $20.00 late fee will be added to final invoice in addition to a reoccurring 1.75% interest rise. ABSENTEE EBAY BUYERS: Ebay does not readily provide Worldwide Diecast Toy Auctions with the personal or payment information that you have already provided to them. Taxes A 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be collected from Buyers shipping to a Pennsylvania address unless Worldwide Diecast Toy Auctions has a copy of the purchaser's resale certificate and a completed tax exempt form. Contract Your bid is a contract. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item.
