Minimum Bid Increase — 10% minimum increase, in whole dollar amounts. Live bidding increments are at the discretion of the auctioneer. Buyer's Premium — All winning bids will have a 17-1/2% buyer's premium added to the final hammer price. Bidders using eBay live will incur an additional 5% premium (22-1/2%). All bidders must pay buyer's premiums; no exceptions. Sales Tax — All State of New York and Massachusetts residents will pay sales tax. Since each county is different, the appropriate tax will be included in your final invoice. New York/Massachusetts dealers: if you have a resale number, please make sure that we have it on file or you will pay sales tax. Call Service/Phone Line Request — Grey Flannel Auctions will provide a Call Service for this auction to serve bidders that cannot bid live in person or on the Internet the day of the auction. In order to receive this service, you must reserve a telephone line by calling (631) 288-7800 ext. 227 before September 9th, 2006. A limited number of phone lines are available per lot and are on a first come first serve basis; no exceptions. Reminder: Anyone requesting a telephone line must place an initial bid on the lot(s) that you wish to receive a call back on. This bid will be taken as a sign of your sincere future interest in that particular lot(s). Invoices/Notification — Invoices will be mailed to winning bidders in the days following conclusion of the auction. Payment is expected upon receipt of the invoice date. Please do not call to see if you won a particular lot. Auction results will be posted on our web site at the conclusion of the auction. You will not be able to take home any won lots from the Basketball Hall of Fame the day of the auction. Payments — Cashier's check, money order, or bank transfer are the preferred methods of payment. These payment methods will allow us to process your items as quickly as possible. Payment by personal or company check will be held for a minimum of 10 business days to clear – no exceptions, please do not ask. No special payment arrangements are available without previous approval by our credit department. Grey Flannel does not accept credit cards as a method of payment. Reserves - Please be advised that in a few instances the actual reserve is higher than that published. Premier Lots - Grey Flannel Auction’s Premier Lots for the Basketball Hall of Fame 2006 auction are listed below and are also identified by the wording "PREMIER LOT" as well as by the logo at right. Register in advance with our credit department before bidding on these items. Our credit department must be satisfied with the bidder's ability to pay. Once approval to bid is granted, you may bid on any Premier Lot up to the amount of your approved line of credit. Shipping — The buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. Most lots will be shipped via Fedex. This cost will be reflected on your auction invoice. If you need expedited shipping, please call when you receive your invoice so we can make the appropriate shipping adjustments. All international orders will be processed in the full invoice amount, no exceptions. The buyer is responsible for all duty and customs charges. Remember, there are many oversized pieces in this auction that need to be specially packaged. The buyer is also responsible for these packaging costs. Grey Flannel Auctions is not in the business to make a profit on shipping; we would just like to recoup our costs in shipping your items to you as best as possible. Any item may be picked up in person at our office after funds are cleared. Please call ahead to make arrangements. Return Policy — ALL LOTS ARE SOLD AS IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. Each and every lot in this auction has been viewed by a minimum of two hobby experts. Viewing of Lots — Lots can be viewed at the Grey Flannel Auctions showroom, located at 8 Moniebogue Lane in Westhampton Beach, New York, during regular business hours. They can also be viewed from August 15th - September 8th at the Hall of Fame. We strongly recommend that you make an appointment at least two days in advance. There will be no appointments taken on actual auction days. A BID PLACED IN THIS AUCTION WILL BE CONSTRUED BY GREY FLANNEL AUCTIONS TO BE AN AGREEMENT BY THE BIDDER TO ACCEPT ALL CONDITIONS AND TERMS SET FORTH IN THESE BIDDER INSTRUCTIONS.
