PAYMENT Invoices must be paid in full within 5 days of auction's close before property is released to shipper. Payment accepted includes: PayPal, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Disc, Amex, Wire Transfer and Check. Checks may be held for the funds to clear before releasing the property. In cases of non-payment, the Auctioneer's right to void the sale does not relieve the bidder from their obligation to pay both seller's and buyer's premium and any damages incurred from loss of sale. Paid items left beyond 45 days become property of the auction house and will be sold. BUYER'S PREMIUM A 23% Buyer's premium will be in affect and is additional to the hammer or purchase price. All Florida based bidders will be subject to a 7% Florida State sales tax; dealers are exempt from this if they have a valid Florida State Resale Certificate on file with Rare-Era.com prior to bidding.
