1) All bidders are responsible for reading and understanding all the following Terms & Conditions, as well as any Additional Notices and Announcement. By participating in Yuthok Tibetan Auctions, you are bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please, place a bid only if you are certain and serious of buying the items. 2) All items are sold AS-IS- WHERE-IS and all sales are final. No Return. No Refund. The descriptions of each item including measurements and weight are provided with best of our knowledge and understanding. Yuthok Tibetan Auctions do not gaurantee and warranty to the accuracy of descriptions including the Origin, so please make your own best judgement and to see the images carefully before bidding. 3) The bidder who enter the highest legal binding amount at the last minute will be the final and successful winner. 4) 20% buyer's premium will be added to the hammered price of each Lot. All Colorado residents and bidders who pick up items from the Auction House are subjected to Colorado State Sales Tax of 7.65% on all purchase, or proof of valid Tax Exempt Certificate. 5) If you are winner of the Auction, you will receive an e-mail of invoice with the total amount you owe within 24 hours with instructions of payment and shipping. We accept Credit Cards:( Visa, Master, Discover, American Express), Checks, Cash and Wire Transfer. Payment $3.000.00 or more on Credit Cards will be charged 3% processing fee. 6) SHIPPING: Buyers pay all shipping and packing cost. Sold items will be released for shipment and pick up only after all payments are completed. Within 14 days of each Auction payment must be completed and all items should be shipped. We will provide couple local shippers who may give you shipping quote. If some one fail to pay the amount in the invoice after 14 days, we will charge your credit card on file. 7) All prospective bidders are required to register and obtain approval to bid and provide all necessary information including Credit Card. Yuthok Tibetan Auctions has the right with our complete discretion to refuse or decline to any Auction participation.
