The October 15, 2017 sale at Worth Auctions will feature a broad range of property from multiple collections and estates worldwide, with particular emphasis on fine jewelry, antiquities, and original propaganda posters from both World Wars. Jewelry will include a vintage Italian fourteen-karat gold mesh necklace with citrines and diamonds; a pair of cufflinks made from Indian Head two-and-a-half dollar gold pieces, and an eighteen-karat white gold diamond wedding ring set. Antiquities will include a limestone carving of a pharaoh in a Nemes headdress from Ptolemaic Egypt; a bronze Osiris figure from the 26th Egyptian Dynasty; and an Etruscan bust from the Classical or early Hellenistic period.
