** Internet Bidding Terms and Conditions** Payment is due within 24 hours of End Of Auction. Merchandise Invoices will be sent out immediately after auction. Merchandise Invoices must be paid before shipping quotes and invoices are given. Buyer agrees to be responsible for the removal and shipment of purchased items from the auction location within 2 weeks of sale day. Vision Equipment will make arrangements for shipping by third party upon request,to be paid by buyer. Buyer agrees to make payment by credit card, wire transfer or overnight delivery of certified funds in order for internet bid to be accepted and full balance by one of the same methods immediately upon notification of winning bid. Certified checks should be made payable to Vision Equipment and Auction Company. Notification of successful bids will be made immediately after auction close. A 15% Buyers Premium will be placed on all winning bids. All items are sold 'AS IS / WHERE IS.' with no warranties expressed or implied. All equipment is sold FOB our dock in Covington, Georgia, unless otherwise stated in auction. For a fee, we can pack, band and palletize your item for customer pick-ups and shipping.We generally charge $50 per pallet packed, banded and wrapped. For Customer Pick-Ups, a 7% Georgia State Sales Tax will be added to the sale price. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.We can provide shipping at a discounted rate for merchandise or buyer can arrange for shipping. The seller accepts no responsibility for the item after it leaves our dock. We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. Damage claims sustained during shipment are the sole responsibility of the buyer.(Please inspect items for damage thoroughly before accepting from carrier and note any damage.) Any items not picked up or shipped within 14 days of purchase will be subject to storage fees of $2 per day or discarded and all monies paid will be forfeited unless other arrangements have been made with seller. All sales are final. Any returns and refunds are at the sole discretion of the seller.If return merchandise is accepted, a restocking fee of 20% may be assessed. Packing & Shipping charges are not refunded in the case the seller accepts a return. Please allow up to 15 business days(we are closed weekends) for expedited shipping although usually we will ship much quicker. We will process the orders in the order that invoices are paid. Int'l shipping quotes are for shipping only, they do not include custom fees etc.
