Terms & Conditions for Desert West Live Auctions: All merchandise is sold as is, where is to the highest bidder. Neither we, nor the consignor make any warranties or representations with respect to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, period, culture, age, source, origin, authenticity, or condition of any item sold. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be reimbursed on items returned for any reason. *** By bidding in this auction you are entering a binding legal contract to pay for your items within 1 week of the close of the auction. Non payment will result in a non pay warning. Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be re-listed for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts. *** The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser, regardless of the time the bids were placed. In the event of a tie between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. Most items are pre-owned with normal wear & tear. When specific damage as cracks, chips, tears, scuffs & breaks are present we try to address them in the description. Sizes are approximate & sometimes rounded down. All art such as paintings & prints do not have the measurement of the Frames, visual measurement only. Bracelets are measure inside the bracelet & includes apace. Necklaces are end to end by width. Rings by size & width

No International Shipping. Desert West Auction Handles all packing, handling & shipping, combine shipping when we are able to do so. UPS or USPS carriers.
