The successful bidder is the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article or lot . If any dispute arises after the sale, our sale record is conclusive. 4. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for items at the fall of the hammer. If there ever is a case for a refund being issued, purchaser will be responsible to pay shipping fees and buyer's premium will not be refunded. In the unlikely event we lose our internet connection, we reserve the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel the remainder of the auction. 11. Auctioneer has final discretion on sale of an item. His word is final. 12.It is buyers responsibility to pay and arrange shipping with us within 5 days of the sale date.After 5 days a storage fee will be charged at a 10.00$ per day for 30 days after which period we will not be held responsible for the loss of item.
