PAYMENT OPTIONS: Visa, MasterCard or PayPal SETTLEMENT: All purchases must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. Shipping and Handling fees (including insurance) will be charged in addition to the purchase price. SHIPPING AND HANDLING TERMS: Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and may be quoted before shipping. Fragile items and purchases over $500 will be shipped by a professional packer and may result in higher shipping costs. All items will be insured for the purchase price. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. Bidders will be charged a packing fee of $2.00 for each item + actual shipping costs for each item. BUYER'S FEE: There is a Buyer's Fee on the purchase of this merchandise. Item Price will become the winning bid plus the Buyer's Fee. You may make arrangements with our offices to pick your items up directly from our offices. All items not picked up directly from the auction or items that do not have arragements made with our offices will be shipped within 5 business days of the conclusion of the auction. ALL SALES FINAL: All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Schultz Auctioneers may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
