1. The Seller, Cataloger, or Auctioneers, assume no liability for mis-description of any lot in this catalog. Although we believe the descriptions to be fair & accurate, they are our opinion, and the buyer is relying on their own inspection and not any representation made by the seller or seller's agent. 2. All lots are sold AS-IS with any and all faults. The title to the merchandise transfers at knock-down. 3. In case of a disputed bid, the Auctioneer will, at his discretion, determine the buyer, or re-open the lot for bidding. If multiple absentee bids are placed for the same amount, the earlier bid takes priority, however because bids amounts are incremental, in some cases, a live floor bidder may win an auction with a bid that is equal to the absentee bid. The record of sale kept by the clerk at the auction house and the auctioneers will be final in all disputes. 4. All questions on items must be received within 15 hours of the start of the auction. 5. All purchases will be paid prior to shipping. 6. Internet bidders will receive an emailed invoice within 3 days of the end of the auction. Payment can not be accepted before the sending of these invoices. The invoice will include combined shipping for multiple purchases. It will also have a link for customers wishing to use paypal. 7. Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice and shall be made with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Pennsylvania Check, Money Order, or Bank Check. 8. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the purchase price of each item purchased. 9. Hassinger & Courtney Auctioneers will not be held responsible for the non-execution of bids. 10. All items are available for inspection at the set preview times & photographs of all items are available for your examination prior to bidding. Your bidding will signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire to or that you have chosen not to examine them. 11. Online buyers will pay to have their goods shipped, or pick them up at our office. Buyer will pay actual packing & shipping costs. The auctioneer assumes no liability on shipped goods. 12. Acceptance of the bidders registration form, or bidding on an item indicates your acceptance of these terms
