Lots are sold ?as is?, in the condition they are in at the time of the sale, without any warranty. 2. The description of lots, condition or any statement made by us about lots, including condition, period, approximate dimensions or provenance are an opinion and not a statement of facts. All dimensions are approximate only. 3. The condition of lots can vary due to factors such as age, prior damage, wear and tear and/ or restoration. 4. Colors and shades may look different on computers or smart devices to how they look on physical inspection. 5. Estimates are based on the condition, quality, rarity and provenance of the lot as well as prices recently paid at auction for similar items. Estimates can change. The estimate is not a guarantee of the actual selling price of a lot. 6. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or refusals. 7. A placed bid constitutes that the prospective buyer/s has acquainted them with these conditions of sale and has agreed to be bound by them. 8. Fleming & Company Auctioneers, LLC, is not responsible for retracting, reducing or canceling bids on live auctioneers. This can only be done through LiveAuctioneers. 9. All invoices must be paid no later than the 5th business day (5) following the conclusion of the auction. A dispute will be entered for any invoice not paid within five business days. 10. Fleming & Company Auctioneers, LLC will ship all lots unless arrangements are made by the buyer for local pick-up. The purchaser is responsible for all costs of shipping. This amount will be included and be part of the total amount on the invoice. 11. When registering for an auction; prospective buyers acknowledge they have red, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of this sale.
