All items for sale are offered "as is" and it is the bidders responsiblity to determine the condition of each item. No warranty can be given to the mechanical or electrical operation of any item in the auction. Payment may be made by money order, certified check, or MasterCard or Visa. Those who attend at auction site may pay in cash, credit card or personal check if known by auction company. All payments must be recieved within 7 days of sale closing. All items must be removed on day of sale by those in attendance. 4.) No sales tax will collected on this sale. 5.) Walther and Hawkins Auctioneers will give every effort to execute the bids, however, Walther and Hawkins Auctioneers is not responsible for any missed bids. All bids recieved through Ebay are also in competition with floor bidding, absentee bids and phone bids. If there is a tied bid or dispute then the auctioneers shall, at their discretion, decide to reopen the bidding or not. 6.) All auction items may be previewed in person at 12:00 pm Tuesday, June 19th, auction day. 8.) Online buyers premium of 20% is added to the purchase price of any item or items you are successful with. 9.) Please review item description for shipping availablity. Some items may be picked up at auction company headquarters in Centerville, Indiana. All shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer,and must be paid in full before items are shipped.
