THE LES AND MILLY PARIS COLLECTION PART II

ART+OBJECT is delighted to announce it will auction further significant works from the legendary Les and Milly Paris Collection on Thursday 28 June 2018. In 2012 we presented the Les and Milly Paris Collection to the New Zealand market. The collection sold for a then record total of 4.5 million dollars and in the process set numerous new record prices for many of our most important artists including: Brent Wong, Michael Smither, Charles Tole, Gordon Walters, Michael Illingworth, Allen Maddox, Robin White, Philip Clairmont and Seraphine Pick. Milly Paris moved to Sydney after the auction where she continues to reside. Part II of The Les and Milly Paris Collection includes many of Milly?s favourite paintings which she retained after the last auction including major paintings and photographs by: Gordon Walters, Colin McCahon, Ralph Hotere, Philip Clairmont, Tony Fomison, Marti Friedlander, Margot Phillips and many more.
