BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY- (Premium, Purchase Price, Taxes & Billing) The successful buyer and owner of the property is responsible for the amount of the successful bid, the buyer's premium, applicable taxes and all other charges. A 21% buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot. There will be a additional 2.8% processing fee for anyone who uses the LA Payments Pay Now Button. Condition of items sold - All items are available for examination and inspection prior to sale. Prospective bidders are encouraged to examine all items in which they have an interest. Star Auction endeavors to accurately describe the items being sold, but all property offered for sale is strictly as is, where is, and with all faults. ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE, and NO CREDIT. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition/authenticity of each item. No statement in this catalogue or by representatives of Star Auction shall be considered as a warranty or assumption of liability. Written and oral descriptions given by Star Auction staff members are given as a courtesy to a client, are only an opinion, and should not be considered as a guarantee of age, composition, or authenticity. Regarding works of Art, Star Auction does not make any express or implied warranty as to the authenticity, history or artist. No statement in this catalog or elsewhere, orally or in writing, shall be construed as an express or implied warranty, representation or assumption of liability as to authenticity. Any such warranty is waived. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear or imperfections. Unless noted all items have some amount of acceptable wear, scratches, nicks, missing stitches, etc. for their age. Measurements on paintings and pictures are image size. Estimates are of market value and are designed to help buyers gauge what sort of sum might be involved for the purchase of a particular lot. The lower estimate may represent the reserve price and certainly will not be below it. Estimates do not include the Buyer's Premium. Estimates are prepared some time before the sale and may be altered by announcement before the sale. They are in no sense definitive. By bidding, you signify that you have either closely examined the items, have chosen not to examine them, or have hired an independent agent to examine the item(s) for you. Live Internet Bidding: Live internet bidding is available during the auction. Star Auction cannot be held liable for live internet bids that are not sent, received, or executed by the administrator. If you are bidding live, real-time on-line, please bid quickly because there is a time delay in receiving these live bids. Florida Sales Tax - All purchases will be subject to 7% Florida Sales Tax unless the buyer provides Star Auction with a valid Resale Certificate at the time of registration. Merchandise purchases with a Resale Permit from a state other than Florida shall be sold outside of Florida. Identification such as a business card is required. All items purchased must be paid for within 7 days. Star Auction will contact and send an invoice to all winning bidders via e-mail at the completion of the auction. Star Auction accept the following forms of payment: CASH, BANK TRANSFERS, CREDICT CARD AND WIRE TRANSFER. Shipping Terms-Auction House will help arrange shipment, at buyer's expense.
