For more than thirty-five years, Russ Cochran has been buying, selling and auctioning original comic and illustration art such as Charles Schulz' original drawings for PEANUTS, original covers drawn for TALES FROM THE CRYPT, gag cartoons drawn for the SATURDAY EVENING POST, and editorial cartoons drawn for the CHICAGO TRIBUNE. The auction often includes animation art drawn for theatrical cartoons (SNOW WHITE, LADY AND THE TRAMP) or for TV cartoons (FLINTSTONES, SIMPSONS, etc). In all cases, these are the artists' original drawings being sold, not the printed reproductions. In this auction, Russ is proud to again offer a great mix of original comic strip art, comic book art, paintings and drawings.

Conditions of Items Listed-Russ Cochran's Art Auction makes every effort to accurately describe all items being sold, but all items for sale are "as is" and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. All items listed are in generally good condition unless described otherwise. This means all items have wear consistent with age and use. Any defects will be specifically mentioned when present. Authority-The Auction House Owners will determine highest bidder. The Auction House Owners alone have the right to reopen the bidding of an item if deemed necessary in a dispute. Contract-Your bid is a contract. Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the successful winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property you have bid on. You should contact the seller to resolve any questions before bidding. All sales are final and to be paid in full at the close of the auction. Taxes-If any buyer has shipment made to the states of Arizona, Maryland, Mississippi or Missouri, the buyer will pay applicable Sales Tax of 8.35% for Arizona, 5% for Maryland, 7% for Mississippi (7.25% in Tupelo) and 6.975% for Missouri. eBayLive-A 15% buyers premium will be added to all successful bids and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase. Ownership-Ownership of merchandise will be of the highest bidder at the fall of the Auction House's hammer. The buyer will assume all risk and responsibility of the lot purchased once ownership has changed.
