To register, simply complete the Bidder Register Card. You will have to show $500 cash or cash equivalent (check, credit card) and a picture ID. You will be given a bidder number. You must register prior to bid. PRIOR TO BIDDING Please make sure to have all of your questions answered regarding the properties of interest in advance of placing a bid. By placing a winning bid on a property, you are legally bound to contract on the property. FIXED PRICE AUCTION EXPLINATION Throughout the auction we will have a Fixed Price Auction: A Fixed Price auction allows the auctioneer to sell an item at a predetermined price to the first bidder that places a bid. TABLE AUCTION EXPLAINATION Throughout the auction, properties will be offered for sale at the table auction. These will be offered at a "BUY IT NOW" price.
