All Sales are Final. All items are sold one time to the highest bidder. By law, when the auctioneer says "Sold," the item becomes the property of the bidder. At that time, the bidder is wholly responsible for the item. Again, the Auction Company assumes no responsibility for loss or theft, and it is the responsibility of the bidder to pay for the item regardless of loss or theft. There is no warranty whatsoever on any item. All bidders are encouraged to inspect all items prior to the auction. All sales are subject to sales tax. Dealers must provide copies of state issued tax exemption certificates at auction time, or will be subject to pay the sales tax. Refunds, on sales tax, will be made if the proper certificates are forwarded to the Auction Company Office within 5 business days. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases immediately following the auction. We accept Visa and MasterCard only. A 3.5% service fee will be added to all sales conducted via eBay Live Auctions. You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. This invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card- NO EXCEPTIONS! Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a chargeback on his/her credit card. You are more than welcome to begin disassembling your items at any time. But, you must pay for your items prior to removing them from the building. No Exceptions! Wal-Mart reserves the right to withdraw items prior to auction and to set reserve prices on items. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Bonnette Auction Company, LLC shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Bonnette Auction Company, LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase for any reason. Bonnette Auction Company, LLC is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Bonnette Auction Company, LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Bonnette Auction Company, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Bonnette Auction Company, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Shipping: Due to the nature of the product in the auction, the buyers are required to arrange their own shipping. The buyer is provided the pick-up location and contact information. Buyers arranging their own shipping are encouraged to inspect the product prior to removing it from the seller's location. The buyer makes arrangements to have all freight charges billed directly to the buyer. If packing is requested by the buyer there will be a fee of $20 per pallet. All shipping arrangements and payment for shipping should be made directly with the shipper. You must provide us with a signed authorization indicating your name, sale date, lot number and choice of carrier.
