All items sold AS-IS, WHERE IS. Dennis Polk and Associates makes no EXPRESSED WARRANTY and GUARANTEE as to equipment sold. There is also no IMPLIED WARRANTY of MERCHANTABILITY and all equipment is SOLD ON AN AS-IS BASIS. All internet purchases must be paid for in 5 business days, by Cash (In House Only), Bank Wire Transfers, Good Checks, or Visa/MasterCard. All Bank wire fees will be paid by buyer. All purchases not paid for in 5 days will incur finance charges. Once the word sold is called the item becomes the buyer's responsibility and the Auction Co. is no longer responsible for the item. Dennis Polk and Associates can not guarantee any of the equipment and is not responsible for any of the items. Buyer is responsible for all shipping. All items must be removed with-in 15 days. Auctioneer has final say over bids, for example if the internet has a bid of $5,000 and the bidding works out where the internet is in at $4,750 or $4,900 and the floor gets a bid of $5,000 then although the internet proxy bid was $5,000 the auctioneer put the floor in, so the floor will be the winner. We advise you put odd amounts like $5,100 to help prevent this from occurring. We strongly advise that all bidders contact us and ask any questions before bidding. Once you the item is sold it is yours, so PLEASE ask questions before you bid, and not when you come to pick up!
