** Internet Bidding Terms and Conditions** Payment is due within 24 hours of End Of Auction. Merchandise Invoices will be sent within 2 hours of end of auction. Buyer agrees to be responsible for the removal of purchased items from the auction location within 2 days of sale day. Buyer agrees to make payment by credit card, wire transfer or overnight delivery of certified funds in order for internet bid to be accepted and full balance by one of the same methods immediately upon notification of winning bid. Certified checks should be made payable to Vision Equipment and Auction Company. Notification of successful bids will be made immediately after auction close. A 15% Buyers Premium will be placed on all winning bids. All items are sold 'AS IS / WHERE IS.' with no warranties expressed or implied. For Customer Pick-Ups, a 7% Georgia State Sales Tax will be added to the sale price. Buyer is responsible for all shipping.

All items sold in this auction are coming out of a working facility. They have been stored in this facility and will need to be cleaned prior to use.

Please ask any questions you need to know before bidding. Due to the amount of volume we process we can not test or guarantee any items. Most equipment will work fine, but we ask that you do not bid more than you are comfortable bidding if any repairs are needed. Most items will sell for a small fraction of what they cost new and even in traditional ebaY listings, but we in no way want to misrepresent what we sell. We will disclose any known negative information about every item we sell, but since descriptions may be short, please do due diligence in researching these items before you bid. All items are sold as-is and where-is with no warranties expresses or implied. Because we are an auction house and not a dedicated equipment we have no recourse after they are sold.
